Learning Vedic meditation changed my life. After meditating twice a day for only 4 months my social anxiety is almost gone, my past doesn't trigger me anymore when visiting my home town, I perceive my favourite places more intense and positive, my quality of sleep has been significantly improved, I have become much calmer when driving in huge cities, I remove toxic people from my life easily while connecting with the positive people in a more loving and grateful way.

It was an honor and a pleasure to learn Vedic meditation from Tanya who is a very empathetic and charismatic person and makes an excellent job of introducing her students to the technique.

Meditation wasn’t something I was so much skeptical or wary about, I definitely think I had some preconceived assumptions about what it was and wrote it off as something that would never work for someone with my dispositions. I can’t stress enough how much Tanya’s training surpassed my expectations. I was blown away by how easy it was for me to get into the meditation and how positively my body responded to it. Clearly my body was calling out for help! Thank you!

Before learning Vedic meditation, I suffered from chronic constipation for almost ten years. I had tried diet changes, natural supplements and laxatives, I even consulted a Huichol Indian Shaman during a retreat! Within one week of undertaking the Vedic meditation training with Tanya and consistently meditating twice a day, I have regained a natural rhythm of at least a once daily bowel movement, a huge difference from once every 2-4 days!
